I love you guys!
I love you guys!
Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been blogging lately. I just recently got home from California and everything has been a mess! I started back to work at the Pastry Garden Thursday and every sense then I have been working my tail off! Any who, coming back home means coming back to more drama, which personally I am getting sick of. I am always in the middle of everyday and that is always not fun! Yesterday I was reading through a magazine ( the New Era) and I came across a quote that everyone should keep in mind as they go through their life, even me! I am really going to try to live by it seeing is that I am starting a new chapter in my life; school, work, institute and other church related activities. Here is the quote:
"So many of us make a great fuss of matters of small consequence. We are so easily offended...I plead to you to control your tempers, to put a smile on your faces, which will erase anger; speak out with words of love and peace; application and respect. If you will do this, your marriages and families relationships will be preserved. You will be much happier. You will do greater good. You will feel a sense of peace that will be wonderful."
--President Gordon B. Hinckley
Boys are like purses. You're always gonna have that one boy that you're always comfortable with and you know you'll always kind of like. That's your purse that you wear everywhere. Then you have that gorgeous bag that you want everyone to see you with but the gorgeous bag is usually a jerk or costs a lot of money. Then you have those other purses that you really like but you don't want to be seen with.
Intelligent and kind. Your beauty goes much further than your apperance. Also, you make judgements of people based on their personality and not their looks. Attaining all the knowledge that you can is one of your major goals in life, but you are also a person who can make things happen.
Well, today I said my last goodbye's to my family and some of my dear friends (sorry if I didn't come by and see you but i was really busy). I had to say goodbye today because i wouldn't have time to go tomorrow seeing that I am leaving for California tomorrow. I'm so scared to go to California but super excited at the same time.
I went and said goodbye to my best friend Hannah today. It was really hard saying goodbye. I almost cried, well actually I did cry when I got in the car. She has been there for me through thick and thin. She is an amazing person and I just want her to realize that.
I found this quote and I thought I would like to share it with you since I thought it was very good way to end a blog : "Its just something that happens as you grow up, you realize that its less important to have more friends and more important to have real ones"
Well it sure if summertime in the good ole south, and you can certainly feel it. Kru (my cute little brother) and I were chillin' by the pool today and in this cute little voice said "Taylor can I have a Popsicle?" I mean how could I have said no. So we got one and man was it refreshing ha!
Now I just want to give a personal shot out to "Puff Daddy"...STOP CHANGING YOUR NAME! IT MIGHT HAVE BEEN COOL THE FIRST TIME BUT NOW IT IS JUST GETTING OLD!
I'm sorry yall that yall had to hear me ramble about that but I think it needed to be said and I know that someone yall feel the same way. *LoVeS*
